Please be aware Registration for mail-in needs to reach us by October 31st, ensure your payments arrive a week before the party as you can not attend if we do not receive payment. Do not procrastinate if you decide to choose this method, thank you.
- Early Bird Registration: $185 until the end of February 28th, 2025
- Regular Registration: $200 (from March 1st until August 31st, 2025)
- Late Registration: $230 (from September 1st, 2025)
- Please remember – No in-person registration at the door!
- 100% Refund BEFORE October 1st, 2025. No refunds on or after this date.
- Transfer of tickets to another from October 1st is possible but no cash refund.
